July 17, 2015, Smyrna, GA – GASTON J GLOCK style sponsored athlete Dave Sevigny swept all nine stages at USPSA Area 7 handgun tournament in the Production division. Sevigny was penalty free in the 206 round course of fire which was held July 10-12, 2015 at Capital City Rifle and Pistol Club in Augusta, Maine.
The United States Practical Shooting Association Area 7 region stretches across New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
“The Northeast is where I cut my teeth on practical shooting. It’s nice seeing friends who have stuck around shooting sports for so long and to meet new competitors”, said Sevigny, a 7-Time Area 7 winner. Dave’s Production gun of choice is an FNH FNS-9L pistol.
Earlier this season Dave won the Production division at Area 2 in Arizona. Since 2001, Sevigny has won 43 Area Championships combined in five pistol divisions. “Dave has been a fixture in the winner’s circle for many years and we are proud to have his talent on our GASTON J GLOCK style team”, said GASTON CEO Beate Arnold.
